Dr. Phillip W. Brunst works as a researcher in Berlin and at the Cybercrime Research Institute in Cologne, Germany. He furnishes expert opinions and advises national as well as international organizations on current questions of computer (esp. criminal) law and Internet-related crime. He focuses on the complex connection of technical and legal questions in this area, especially in relation to activities of terrorists on the Internet. Dr. Brunst also teaches at several universities and institutions, among others within the framework of the “European Certificate on Cybercrime and Electronic Evidence”.
